I arrived for my very first adult baseball game and immediately began meeting new people. I decided to start playing ball to break up my days, compete regularly and perhaps even take it further. I think competing is a great test for individuals…Yes, even if it is in a team (read: collectivist) setting. I don't mind working together. There is nothing wrong with groups. The problem begins when the diversity of the individuals within that group is sacrified.
What's my team like? Mostly marines and a police officer…and me. (I might be the only one not on welfare) In the first game, I caught a marine and then a local sheriff. I didn't tell anyone there I was associated with Jeff Berwick. Jim Karger probably thinks that was a good idea. After all, my opinions don't matter to most people. All that matters is the example I set. Hard-working, the best I can be, focused and respectful. Those are my expectations for myself on this team. Not to introduce anyone to my irreverence.
At the beginning of the third game, the police officer asked me. "Hey man, can you give me a ride to the police station after this so I can get my car? "
Sounds like a terrible idea, I thought to myself.
"Sure." I said. He had asked in a way that had sort of put me up against a wall. You know, he basically asked which direction I drive and then said the station was on its way, anyway. In a way, I figured having him in the car could only be a good thing if I got pulled over.
We played the game and at the end of it I skedaddled towards my car in order to make sure any joint roaches I may or may not have left in my car had been put away. Just my luck! My car smelled of marijuana… I turned the A/C on and rolled down the windows. By the time the sheriff got in, as far as I could tell, the smell had gone down.
Then, I drove him to the police station.
I guess what I am trying to say, is that it is a miracle I am alive.

RUMORS OF MEXICO BACKING PESO WITH SILVER FALSE… YOU MIGHT NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY MIGHT DO THOUGH
Jeff on some intriguing information (both true and false) coming out of Mexico.
“Last week a story began circulating that appears to have begun with a video by Future Money Trends (see here), which was then picked up by the SHTFPlan prepper blog and then picked up by others including Infowars indicating Mexico is looking to back the peso with silver.
While I respect and read/listen to those sources often (and personally know many of them), in this particular case the rumors are completely unfounded, unfortunately. And, I say unfortunately, because if Mexico did back the peso with silver it would become one of the richest countries on Earth in a matter of years (especially if they completely decriminalized all plants – or what most slaves call ‘drugs’).”

Wendy McElroy on the farce of central abnking.
“A June 23rd article in Bloomberg constituted the first review. It opened, “Germany has decided its gold is safe in American hands.” The gold in question is the massive German reserve that is allegedly stored at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (NY Fed). On January 16, 2013 Germany’s central bank, the Bundesbank – or BuBa to its critics — announced an intention to repatriate a sizable portion of its gold from the NY Fed by 2020. But, now, the government's budget spokesman Norbert Barthle declared, ‘The Americans are taking good care of our gold. Objectively, there’s absolutely no reason for mistrust.’”
