"This is not right. My wife got killed for no reason right now. No reason…I want justice. Yes. Whoever shot my wife, that guy whoever that is, that guy needs to get shot," Gilbert Alvarado said, just hours after his wife was murdered by a US Border Patrol Agent in San Diego’s suburban Southland, with Tijuana hills in the background to the south.
DHS thugs and local police say that gunfire in Chula Vista was reported about 1 p.m. this past Friday. The woman, identified by family as Valeria Monique Alvarado, died at the scene. Department of Homeland Security Border Patrol Deputy Chief Rodney Scott claims that Alvarado intentionally rammed the plain-clothes agent with her car.
“He was hit with the vehicle and got lodged on the windshield,” Scott said without any evidence. “I do not have a current update on his medical condition, but he was impacted by a vehicle pretty hard.”
But witnesses saw something much, much different, something much more befitting of the 21st century USSA Police State narrative that is unfolding. Witnesses told local San Diego media that the officer took out his weapon and shot the driver while approaching the car on foot.
“He was walking towards the car and the car was moving back slowly. He pulled his arm up and I heard it, ‘pop, pop, pop,’” Ayanna Evans told San Diego 6. She lived in a bottom floor unit that overlooks the street where the murder took place.
TDV caught up with Ayanna on Monday to learn more. She informed us that the car was moving backwards as the plain-clothed agent approached her, “like she was worried about getting robbed” (or raped, murdered and hijacked). “He pulled up his arm and there was a black object in it and he shot her a bunch and then he just stood there.”
Testament to how life in the USSA is turning into a black comedy, the agent then walked up to the door and opened it, which caused the victim – still breathing, say witnesses – to fall and hang out the side of the car. He then identified himself as a federal agent. According to witnesses, the woman hung out of the vehicle for five minutes, before local officers attempted to put her back in the car and close the door. After about ten minutes, they took her out of the car and tried to resuscitate her. That means resuscitation attempts did not commence for 15 minutes or more. It was about 25 minutes until the ambulance arrived.
“No CPR, nothing. She might have still been alive for awhile,” said Ayanna, who saw the woman twitching and moving on the ground. “They were acting like they were covering up a mistake. It looked like they messed up.”
Another woman said that, at one point, the upwards of fifty officers on the scene – DHS and local police – huddled together before media showed up. “I thought, ‘they must be coming up with their story.’”
In local media reports, the Chula Vista Police Department – the lead investigative body on the case – claimed to have been in the neighborhood scouring for eyewitnesses so they could figure out what happened. Ayanna, a young woman whose perspective on the murder has been featured in a few media reports, said that no police had stopped by to ask her anything, despite that she has been a prominent eye-witness, not scared to speak truth to power.
Ayanna also was, for some time, unaware that the murder was committed by the Department of Homeland Security. As she watched the events outside of her apartment unfold, she wondered: “Why is this a big ole’ investigation? Where’s the man in the red shirt? Why isn’t he in handcuffs?”
When asked where the man in the red shirt, the Border Patrol Agent, had gone to, she replied: “I don’t know, he just kind of disappeared.” She says there was only one ambulance brought on scene. If the Border Patrol agent had been rammed into by a car and “pushed” or “dragged” (depending on which mainstream media story you listen to) for several hundred yards, it is likely he would need medical attention, and multiple ambulances would have been called on scene. Ayanna found it amusing – albeit tragic – that the Border Patrol and media are claiming the agents injuries are still “unknown.”
Prince Watson described the scenario in the same way. He became aware of the situation when he heard a man’s voice yell, “Stop!” He ran outside to see an officer fire on the car as it was backing away.
“In my honest opinion, I just feel like that was something unjustified,” he said.
“You don’t shoot an innocent person,” said Gilbert Alvarado, the shooting victim’s husband. “Show me that my wife had a gun or something that threatened the guy’s life where he had to use lethal force against her,” he said.
Border Patrol Deputy Chief Scott was on his toes for that one, acknowledging that the driver was not armed with a gun, but said she was instead “armed with a car.”
That’s right – a car-toting American Minority. TDV guesses that now all US citizens are at danger for being murdered for brandishing their decaying, potentially lethal vehicles.
“The story on the news is completely the opposite” of the truth, our anonymous source shared with us. “He was never on the hood of the car. There’s no dent on the hood or windshield.”
We interrupted her, informing her of the apparent dent on the windshield visible in this photograph:
She said that she saw the windshield and there was definitely no dent in it. There were only the bullet holes – “like ten of them.” This leaves a gaping hole in the story, then. How did that dent appear in windshield?
Area residents found it disconcerting that the body lay strewn out in the middle of the road for hours. It was not until the late evening when the body was removed from the street.
“I found it extremely odd that they did not move the body until late at night, until the police had left.”
“He shot her from a distance,” said an eyewitness who spoke with TDV but wished to keep her anonymity. She was concerned for her safety because, in the aftermath of the murder, the police and Border Patrol had put the entire street on lockdown – nobody in, nobody out – until just before midnight on Friday, September 28, 2012.
That’s nearly 12 hours after the murder. The police and Border Patrol illegally created a temporary concentration camp to a) intimidate area residents and eyewitnesses, and b) suppress the truth. The message from the officers seemed to be: “Not only can we murder a woman in broad-daylight, but then we can show that we are still the boss, still in control.”
“They addressed me like I was stupid,” the young woman said. The anonymous eyewitness told TDV that she had attempted to get something from her car, when Chula Vista (San Diego County) officers demanded her identification, and wrote down all of her information, including her phone number, hence her apprehension about talking with us. Nonetheless, she did and we thank her for her bravery.
Although we do not know the Department of Homeland Security murderer's name, we have been told that he was a Border Patrol agent serving a warrant, in plain clothes, alongside plain-clothed police officers in Chula Vista, San Diego, Calif., approximately 5 miles north of the US-Mexican border.
At least that's what the “authorities” say the Border Patrol agent was doing in the neighborhood (none of the witnesses recall seeing anybody else on scene until local police began showing up, approximately 5 minutes after the shooting). The “authorities” and media pundits also tell us that he acted in self defense on Friday afternoon, September 28, 2012, when Monique Alvarez supposedly rammed her 1994 Honda into the officer and took the agent for a ride on her hood for “several hundred yards” (that is, several football fields) before the agent finally unloaded between 7-12 rounds into the windshield. When we told some witnesses that “several hundred yards” meant several football fields, they laughed in disgust.
“How could that even be possible? It all started and ended right there at the intersection. I saw the whole thing.”
The Mexican media knows what is up. We spoke with an anchor from Noticias 17 out of San Diego, and when we expressed our anger, telling the anchor we thought the woman was murdered, she nodded her head in agreement. The Border Patrol’s story does not even make sense. This is reality, not a high-speed action adventure film like "Batman."
Conservative talk show hosts and programs in the area are saying that the Hispanic community is making hoopla over nothing, doing what they always do: invoking race and souring race relations.
But, unreported at the time of this writing by any other media outlets, eyewitnesses told TDV correspondents on Monday that the plain-clothed Border Patrol Agent in question was Hispanic. He is described as a Hispanic male, early-to-mid thirties, about 5’10” and 200 pounds. At the time of the shooting, he had a well-groomed beard and short hair.
Few things are for certain in this case. But, what is certain is that the Border Patrol and Chula Vista police are involved in a cover-up that is going to blow up in their face. The Border Patrol is doing everything it can do to protect one of its own (“The [Green] Code of Silence”) and the local police are bending over for the feds (“The Blue Code of Silence”). All eyewitnesses dispel the official story – that the woman drove with the Border Patrol agent on her car for several football fields – and claim that he outright murdered her, and that she behaved as if she was frightened of being robbed (or raped, or murdered or hijacked).
TDV went into the field today, Monday, October 1, 2012, and met with not only eyewitnesses, but also childhood friends of Monique, who described her as a very sweet person, and loving mother. We were joined by fellow truther YouTube Current Events journalist InteractiveHealing, who has been covering the story since Friday. He outraged many users early in the morning September, 29, when he released his first video of the incident, claiming that she had been murdered in cold-blood and the Border Patrol were covering the incident up. This story is especially hard for me to follow. And not just because of the way the government agent slaughtered that woman. Sadly, I've come to expect that from the Praetorian class who are simply enforcers for the ruling political class.
No, what caused my eyes to burn with anger and hatred were the responses from commentators on the various articles about this incident. The majority of sentiments were along the lines of, “What do you expect when you attack a cop? Attack a cop and you die!”…or “We need to shut the borders from these dangerous illegals. Look at how this supposed mother tried to hurt one of our beloved police officers!”
This is disgusting. It makes me long for the day when these xenophobic, racist, neocon, authority-worshiping losers get rounded up by their militarized police heroes and ushered into FEMA camps. I wish I could be there to see the look on their faces when it happens.
It's simply amazing how quickly these subhuman nationalists believe the cop lies that the “media” parrot. It's amazing how they revel in a cop or government agent murdering an innocent mother and then trip over themselves to believe him when he lies about it.
It's also amazing how quick they are to bathe figuratively in the blood of someone who was of a different racial background and who might be “illegal.” And for the record Mrs Alvarado wasn't an illegal alien. Honestly whether she was illegal or not shouldn't matter because immigration status is function of the violent nature of the state. But the fact is she WAS an American citizen and so all those nationalist baboons for whom that citizenship confers privileged status should be worried.
The statist conservatives and blue collar neocons may not worry when the state murders foreigners abroad or the “illegal” aliens in the homeland…but status as a US citizen clearly means nothing to the Praetorian class the baboons so worship. And when ordered to kill US citizens, the Praetorians will do so without any remorse. Further the day is coming when they won't even have to bother covering it up. This time around the Praetorian simply goofed and his buddies helped clumsily cover up his fatal error. That won't be necessary in the future when the cops and military will kill American citizens just to remind the rest of them who's boss. It will be par for the course to keep the starving baboons in line when the economic collapse really sinks in its teeth.
Ah, jingoistic, authority-worshiping Americans: Murderously hateful of “outsiders” and in love with the violent agents of the police state. These people deserve what they got coming.
