Hello from Acapulco Bay,
It's been an especially hot and humid day here in Acapulco but I am happily nestled in air conditioned comfort at my usual weekend work office, Mangos… a sports style bar on the beach. At this very moment there are five quite large water spouts inside the bay which much of the staff here is watching with interest and dozens of sailboats are watching very attentively as they race away or slalom through them!
It's been an especially natural event kind of week. Earlier this week a 6.1 earthquake shook from about 80 kilometers outside of Acapulco at around 7am. Of course, I was sleeping but everyone else was already awake and downstairs in the house when I was shooken awake. Having been on what seems like a perpetual roadtrip for the last 15 years I often wake up and can't remember where I am. Not just even city… often I don't even know what country I am in. Especially when I am in a typical non-descript hotel room. I often will spend a minute or two trying to remember where I am. And on countless occassions I have to fling open the curtains to take a look to remember.
And so, being rudely awakened I pondered for a few moments where I was and why everything is shaking. It only took a bit to realize I was in my room at my house in Acapulco, though, and just a few more moments to realize that it was a fairly large earthquake.
The next thought that entered my head is the thought that any father and husband would think. My 65" Samsung LCD TV!!!! I raced downstairs and grabbed on to stabilize it. As I did the tremors began to secede and I noticed my entire family out on the patio, in a circle, with my wife explaining to the kids what an earthquake is and what to do when it happens. They then looked at me derisively with their arms crossed.
"What?" I said.
"You don't care about us, you just care about the TV?" my wife responded.
I felt bad for a second but then replied, "Well, thanks for waking me up and telling me to get outside!"
We all laughed.
The truth of the matter really is that I don't worry much about my anarchowife and anarkids. They are all incredibly independent and smart and know how to take care of themselves. My wife is always packin' and they are all kung-fu and kickboxers… even at 7 and 8 years old.
I feel sorry for anyone who tries to mess with them! I don't even mess with my wife… she's tiny but ferocious.
On that note, I am so tired of hearing from Amerikans about how they wouldn't live in Mexico because "guns are illegal". First, guns aren't illegal. You can get a permit (which I obviously don't like) and carry a gun.
Aside from that, though, no one cares about government laws here.
I guarantee you in this massive procession of Mexicans with guns no one has a permit.
Adam Kokesh just dared to load a shotgun in the District of Criminals in the USSA and threatened to have a similar march to above (causing a massive uproar in the US) and he was then raided and kidnapped by the government and I am starting to wonder if we'll ever see him again. Those still clinging to the belief that the US is the land of the free must quickly be realizing they essentially live in North Korea.
Only in the US do so many people have blind allegiance to their own slavery.
Here is a video of a situation in Mexico where the ignorante (as one person in the video states) cops try to make a guy move his bike. It ends with a man challenging them to a fight and a woman slapping the cop and another person taking the cops gun! We don't put up with the state down he-uh in the deep south! The action begins at the 2:20 minute mark.
As best as I can tell, all of the people confronting the police were just other unrelated bypassers who were doing what often happens in Mexico, reprimanding, beating or killing the police who aggress against them. Alex Jones (and no slag against Alex… we actually featured him in the TDV newsletter this week as a valiant hero for liberty), unfortunately, doesn't understand what is going on down here as he has often calls Mexico, derisively, a "failed state". My response to Alex is, you say that like it is a bad thing!
That's a big reason why I love to spend so much time in Mexico. It is quite anarchic. Of course, the only major problem down here is, the state… and more specifically the US government's War on People (war on drugs) that arms the Mexican state and is even now paying to build a wall in the South of Mexico to keep out "drug traffickers".
I've seen my wife do similar as in the video on the rare occassion we have a police encounter. We were in Cabo a year ago and I did a U-turn at a light. Cabo is not really Mexico… it is more like the US than Mexico and has a lot of police and government rules. A policeman waved me to pull over and I did in this instance (it's not always a given). What ensued was my wife yelling at him for at least five minutes and the police officer nearly crying before telling us to keep going.
The land of the free and home of the brave? It exists in North America but it's not the place most think.
It's nearly the opposite in the US now. After decades of indoctrination and propaganda the average person would never even think to defend themselves or settle their problems on their own. Nearly any minor event usually results in a call to the government hotline (911). People are so used to having government involvement in their lives that in recent weeks some Americans have called 911 because they ran out of cigarettes or because their wife took their beer away! Or, in this recent instance, a man decided to go sit up on his roof (for what reason I do not know). A nearby worried slave thought, there is only one thing to do in this situation, call the government!
What ensued was a throng of gangmembers (police) showing up and telling him to get off his own roof. He did and they then gangtackled, choked and tased him and then hauled his unconcious body down the stairs, with each stair smashing into his limp face.
The man, a father of two, died, by the way. At the end of the "news" report the sollen faced news anchor stated, "Ya, a tough call and a split second decision." Tough call? A man was sitting in his shorts on his roof!
In most other parts of the world if a man sat on his roof that would be it. There would be a man sitting on his roof. In Mexico, if people were worried about him they'd go and talk to him. And if police showed up and did what these police did, the entire neighborhood would string them all up and probably light the police station on fire.
And then, on CNN, they'd announce, "Anarchy in Mexico today as an entire town killed most of the police force and lit the police station on fire."
Many brainwashed Americans would shake their heads in front of their TVs and tell their children not to go to Mexico on Spring Break. Then they're kids will go to something like Burning Man in the Nevada desert instead where the police presence this year is apparently massive and people have been fined for driving one mile over the speed limit. Or another was "fined" $275 for urinating… in the barren desert. Or another man was pulled over for having a faulty taillight and they found a small pipe (or other paraphenalia that could be used with marijuana) and fined him $675… both with 90 days to pay or jailtime!
Those kids will likely (hopefully) return home from an event like that with hundreds of dollars having been stolen from them by armed robbers or, quite possibly, tased or roughed up and their parents will tell them, "Well, at least you didn't go to Mexico. It's dangerous."
Sigh.
From time to time I'll show a Mexican or Chileno one of countless police attacks on the population in the US and they'll stare at in disbelief like it is from some alternate universe and usually say, in Spanish, "What the… why didn't someone stop them?"
"Slaves… Esclavos," I always respond. They usually just nod confusingly and then get back on about their business.
On a more serious note, however, my spidey senses are firing like crazy lately. It is of course my job to follow the demise of the West and, as such, I see literally hundreds of insane things happening up North nowadays. Something is escalating, very rapidly. The police, almost seemingly overnight, have turned from irritating "peace officer" ticket writers to outright law enforcing murderers and rapists. I don't care how much flouride, chemtrails, toxic vaccines, propaganda, indoctrination and foods without nutrients your average American digests, at some point they must become aware of what is going on!
Especially now that it isn't just the kids being harrassed, beaten and killed. Senior citizens are now finding the government peering in their windows with guns on regular occassion. A 95 year old man in the US was shot by police at close range with a bean bag gun and tased (and died) just recently. And up in America's freezer, Kanada, an 87 year old man was beaten by police in his own home after his wife with Alzheimers (caused mostly by a mix of vaccines and FDA approved aspartame) called 911 to tell them a bad man was in her house. The police busted in and seeing the 87 year old man roughed him up brutally. They then charged him with "assaulting a police officer".

He stated in a Toronto Sun article:
“I can’t sleep. It’s over and over and over (thinking) … After 60 years in this country why at the end did this happen to me?” he said. “I’m an 87-year-old man. I don’t need the police to come over and beat me up like that.”
I'll tell him why… and I'm sorry but I won't sugar coat this. It is karma. It is because many from his generation (not necessarily him but he should have at least been aware) and thereafter fell for a lot of lies and propaganda. They helped build up this government edifice which is now collapsing down around them. They believed that the government was there to protect them. They believed that the military industrial complex was entering into "just" wars when in fact they were pure terrorism as people like Chelsea Manning showed. And they fell for ponzi schemes like Socialist Insecurity which, for a time, just like with any communist system, appears to "work". I've got even bad news for him and everyone else, those Socialist Insecurity cheques won't be coming much longer. Or, if they do, the total amount will buy a tin of B-rate catfood.
I may be becoming jaded. I knew it probably had to happen sooner or later… and Doug Casey warned me that it grows tiring warning people of their impending doom over time (he was early to the party, however). A part of me might not feel too terrible watching the coming riots, FEMA camps and destruction from my flat screen TV at Galt's Gulch Chile.
It does feel at times like you are banging your head against a wall trying to make people aware of reality. If people don't wake up soon I may not even shed a tear as I watch the US and much of the western world turn into World War Z.
I never, ever enjoy seeing human suffering (nor animal suffering) but if after years of trying to awaken them they still don't awaken, I wonder if they aren't just already dead.
Whoa. This Weekend Vigilante just took a dark turn!
Perhaps I should end it here. There are three TDVers in town this weekend (if you'd like to join the party click here) and maybe I should take a break and head out into the, so-called, fourth most dangerous city on Earth, drink some white wine, smoke some cigarettes and enjoy myself in this incredibly connected (to life and nature) place.
Many of the people here still seem to be very alive… so much so that my wife told me that all the fisherman didn't go out the night and the morning before the earthquake.
"Why?" I asked.
"They knew," she said.
That could be just total hearsay but my wife regularly tells me of upcoming weather and natural events. She didn't predict these water spouts though, so that's one mark against her! Even she was surprised to hear about them. They passed without problem, by the way.
But there is much more that most people don't know about this space rock we are on. In fact, as one TDVer told me, the Electric Universe theory (which is never talked about in Western "edumacation" institutions) explains why some people can predict when an earthquake will happen (or when the time is optimal for one).
In any case I'd much rather be in a "failed state" with 6.1 earthquakes from time to time than what is and will be befalling the American and Western nation-states in the next few years.
