QUESTION FROM A NEW PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER
Hi,
I'm a new premium subscriber. I notice that almost all of your portfolio recommendations are gold related. While I completely agree that gold is good (I'm over 50% in gold related), I was hoping to find some recommendations for Bitcoin or other tech related stocks. Do you plan to cover Bitcoin stocks in the future? Thanks.

As for your comment, at our sister publication, TDV Golden Trader, analyst Vin Maru has been featuring some tech stocks for the last few months and even mentioned one interesting bitcoin related stock in his most recent dispatch to subscribers.
At The Dollar Vigilante, however, we have been cautious to add in anything but the hardest assets into the portfolio. As you see it is mostly precious metals, some precious metals stocks (which I am getting hyper bullish on at the moment and so is our Senior Analyst, Ed Bugos) and some agriculture (and agriculture land). This is because we are expecting a massive collapse and The End Of The Monetary System As We Know It (TEOTMSAWKI) in the coming years and we want to position subscribers in very solid, real assets (such as gold, silver and agriculture and land)… really, anything that Ben Bernanke and Janet Yellen can't counterfeit.. and we want our assets as far away from the current financial and monetary system as possible (which is why we wrote Getting Your Gold Out Of Dodge – free to subscribers).
The more speculative part of the portfolio have been in gold stocks… and while I have been talking about bitcoin since it was $3 in 2011 we never officially added it to our speculative portfolio… until a few weeks ago… recommending a 3% speculative position. As I currently write bitcoin is hovering just above $800… if it were to fall below $500 we would recommend an increase in that position and if it were to fall to $250 I would really be ringing the bell to buy. However, it is all very speculative and the bitcoin story is far from over. It could, potentially go to $0… although I think there is a less than 5% chance of that. I think the chances of it going to $10,000 in the next 1-2 years is much higher than it going to $0… and therein lies the speculation.

JAIL BREAK COMMENTARY
Sorry but in most jurisdictions cops don't beat you up and plant evidence just for some extortion money. If you get arrested for drug possession, it can seriously limit your ability to travel for the rest of your life. It's a small island so everybody must know the scam these two criminal cops are running. As long as they are still in their jobs and not in jail, that says a lot about the leadership and general culture of St. Kitts.
And while your advice to be connected is sound in shitty jurisdictions such as St. Kitts, the entire point of the rule of law is not to need such connections to avoid having your life fucked over by two nobodies. By definition your advice is not scalable, there are only so many top officials in each country and they only can know so many people.

Hi Peter,
Sorry, but cops planting evidence and roughing you up happens every minute of every day. It happened to Adam Kokesh (they planted a "mushroom" in his house after breaking in with a SWAT team and roughed him up).
It's fairly par for the course. And, of course they still have jobs. Who investigates the police? The police! How many cops in the US have shot an unarmed man in the back and received two weeks vacation? Countless.
The whole idea of public policing is a communist idea. What a ludicrous idea to steal money from people and use it to create a socialized, monopolistic group of people with guns who have "special rights". Am I the only one not surprised to see what happens when you do that?
In a free market you'd have your choice of security options and if they ever did that to you they'd get fired and be out of business. But when you create an almost nearly unaccountable monopoly this is bound to happen. The US Supreme Court even ruled that police have no obligation to protect people… they just have an obligation to enforce any number of arbitrary victlimess crime laws.
Think about it, what percentage of actual violent crimes are stopped by police? In almost every case they are just called after the fact to write down things on paper. Usually it is just regular people who thwart crimes in progress. In fact, like in what happened to me, the actual crimes are committed by the police… aggressing against peaceful people who have harmed no one.
As for me possibly having my ability to travel seriously limited if they did pin a bogus charge on me… you are kidding right? You do know that I operate the world's largest provider of second (or more) passports, TDV Passports? I have numerous passports and intend to get many others. It is just one of the ways we can free ourselves from this communist world we currently live in where certain industries are monopolized and violently enforced by the "public".
And, finally, in regards to my advice not being scalable… that is also not true. My advice on how to escape if you do get targetted by some violent criminals works everywhere. Pussy Riot just got out of being kidnapped and tortured in Russia by the exact same principles (having a large network of people who will not allow it to continue)… not to mention the countless people pardoned by US presidents just because they felt pressured and/or accepted bribes (they call them 'campaign contributions' in the USSA). On that list are included people like George Steinbrenner, Roger Clinton Jr., Scooter Libby and Richard Nixon.
Sure, to receive a "get out of jail" free card in the USSA takes quite a bit more pull than normal… and that is why I suggest that you get out of the US. It is one of the hardest places to get out if you are targetted by violent thugs.
Go somewhere where it is a lot easier. If I had what happened to me in St. Kitts happen in the US I'd still be in a cage and likely for many years.

Has what they love ever existed? Seems like it was all just an idea. But once the limitations of the freedom were spelled out in The Constitution, the "good ole days" began and each generation seemed to move further from recognizing and resisting tyranny to embracing it like the aforementioned beaten woman to her abusive partner.

The idea of America officially died with the signing of the sham known as the Constitution. Some people think the Constitution failed. Au contraire! It has done exactly what it was designed to do. It established the immorality known as "government" over a free and productive geographic region, lulling them into a false sense of secuirty, keeping them productive so that the tiny parasite known as the US government would grow bigger and more powerful than any government before.
